This is a huge rave for TRIANGLE ARTS PAINTING AND POWERWASHING and its owner Dan Boesman. Triangle Arts is a licensed and insured painting and power-washing company and recently completed some long over-due work for the HOA: • The playground equipment has been power-washed and all mold and mildew removed • The fence and railings around the pool were sanded and painted • The bathhouse exterior was painted • The gazebo at the front of the clubhouse was power-washed and painted • The bridge over the creek at the front of the clubhouse was power-washed and stained and now looks BRAND NEW! • The decks on the side of the clubhouse have been power-washed and stained.
